EXCLUSIVE FIRST LOOK: Garrett's Story
You're getting a special sneak peek at this story before it goes live online anywhere else!
One of the biggest challenges youth aging out of the foster care system face is feeling lonely and isolated. Without the support of a family or caretakers, youth like Garrett can often feel overwhelmed by the thought of having to go out on their own. But, this is where YOU step in. Through the LifeStrengths program, Garrett is thriving and has found the support of a family. This story simply wouldn't be possible without your giving to provide free LifeCoaching to at-risk youth, thank you!
2 youth bought cars this month and 1 got their license

In case you missed it...
Last week, Jeya & Stephanie hopped online for a conversation about what's happening in Ethiopia right now and how your giving is creating sustainable, long-term change in Kore, Ethiopia.
Kim first got involved with I Pour Life in early 2019 through her church, North Point, in Springfield, Missouri. Last October, Kim joined us on a trip to Kore, Ethiopia where she was able to meet and serve our single moms and young kids in the community. Kim joined The Neighborhood as a monthly donor in April in response to urgent COVID-19 needs and has been giving ever since.
Kim is a proud aunt of 6 nieces and 1 nephew with another niece/nephew on the way!
When we asked Kim why I Pour Life's mission is important to her, she said,
"I Pour Life helps impoverished single moms not only build up their own businesses to be able to support their family, but the programs also help women create a sense of self-worth, independence, and community. It's truly one of the best experiences of my life to have the privilege to witness and participate in that."
Thank you, Kim for being a good neighbor!
